What inspires Mensagem Restaurant?
Mensagem Restaurant draws inspiration from the flavours of Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as from the light of Lisbon.
The name is a clear tribute to Fernando Pessoa, one of Portugal’s most brilliant authors. The original 1934 edition of "Mensagem", the only book of Portuguese poetry published during Fernando Pessoa’s lifetime, is permanently on display at the entrance to the restaurant, on the 5th floor.
Does Mensagem have a rooftop with a view over Lisbon?
Yes. Mensagem has two rooftops, offering authentic views of Lisbon, overlooking the city’s traditional buildings, São Jorge Castle, the Tagus River, and the Carmo Convent Ruins. The restaurant also features an indoor dining room with eight private alcoves, each with its own window, as well as a lounge area.

Yes. Mensagem Restaurant offers free private parking, subject to availability. The parking is located at 13 Rua da Condessa.
